A cyclist has embarked on a 3,000-mile journey on a handmade bamboo bike.
Kate Strong set off on the 90-day cycle from Big Ben in Westminster on World Environment Day.
Her journey will take her across the length and breadth of Britain and she will visit 30 climate projects during that time.
Some of those projects are grassroots movements such as beach clean-ups.
Others focus on nature-based solutions, including rewilding seabeds and gardens.
The Welsh rider, who lives in London, has three cycling world records and a triathlon championship title to her name.
Ms Strong said there were "plenty of mental obstacles" facing her at the start of her latest challenge.

"Apart from the obvious physical challenges, there are plenty of mental obstacles that come with a 90-day cycle."
Ms Strong added that she was "grateful" for the support as she set off from the capital.
